Nothing beats surfing the internet for new recipes when you can’t sleep. I just chanced upon this lady’s chock-full of yummylicious recipes blog, the latest of which is making falafel from scratch. Her recipes even come with fantastic almost step-by-step photographs of the food at different points in the process.
MMMmmm-hmmm.
HOWever, since I’m now temporarily moved to Bryan’s parents’ house and do not want to interfere with (i.e., mess up) his mom’s kitchen, I’ll just have to file away this recipe for now and try it when we’re in Melbourne (aka Melly). But ohmygawd, do I feel like picking up some falafel at our favorite Middle Eastern fast food place ever, Falafel King – maybe tomorrow!
