If you know me you know I’m into cutesy stuffs (Then again, who isn’t? Plus hey, I’m Asian n it’s in my blood)
Isn’t this ADORABLE?!!! From mooshoopork (also known as littlepapoose), it’s USD50 for this lovely family. There are other figurines that are just as cute! Do take a peek @ her store!

I think this, or one of her other cute figurines, might be my next Etsy purchase!!! (After getting something for my mom which…I’ll only reveal AFTER Mother’s Day).

PS: I DID go for another run today. This time, ran my usual distance of 5km…timing: bad, so I won’t post it. Off to shower, and then make myself some breakfast.

We’re going away again. This time, back to the state of Queensland, but somewhere a little further north of the Gold Coast, to Brisbane and then even further north, to Noosa. Bry will be giving a talk at one of the university seminars in Brisbane, and I’ll just be…tagging along (that’s what wives do, right?).
Today, besides heading to the VicMart to shop for fresh produce, meats, some amazing (albeit expensive) French brie, and some awesome sourdough bread, and reading “Outliers” by Gladwell and finishing up “The Audacity of Hope” by Obama, I’ll be looking up accommodations for Brisbane and Noosa. Noosa is famous for its beautiful beach and is apparently a great surfing spot. Great for me to make my 101st attempt at this sport.
Doesn’t this look AMAZING?!?? (Photo from this person’s blog.)

Also, while I’m blogging, I would like to show you what my next little Etsy purchase will be:
These Lemon Drop Felted Wool and Zipper Earrings from the very talented LondiCreations:

So cute! I love them so very much. She’s got lots of other really unique and lovely items, too. Do drop by and have a look!
All right, gotta go start my day. Chau for now.

Twas really busy Sunday and Monday with Easter activities in church and with hanging out with my cousin’s family. We had my nephews (or second cousins?) for a sleepover at our place. It was fun and we had a good time playing computer games, board games, chatting, and making pizzas. Today, I unwind from all that: it’s back to Etsying, and looking for jobs. Because I’ve always been blessed with job opportunities in the past, I didn’t realize how long job hunting could take – till now. In fact, there aren’t even too many jobs to hunt for. So I just sit and wait for calls from places that already have my application. It’s S L O W. Looks like I will not be practicing until maybe June.
Anyway, I’m also a little Etsied out (again), and after today’s new listing, I will probably not be making anything new for awhile. Today will be devoted to reading “The Audacity of Hope” by Obama, and studying Spanish.

Isn’t this THE CUTEST BUNNY EVA!?!?!?! It’s my sister’s dwarf bunny, Fran. He is SO cute. I love reading my sister’s posts about his little cute actions and quirky habits, and seeing new photos of him

(My sister calls this his “supermodel” pose, with one foot forward.)
Happy Easter.
And remember to check out my online shop http://cherbie.etsy.com for SPECIALS this Easter Weekend!

Hallelujah, the tomb is empty and because He conquered death and is risen, we who believe, will have eternal life inĀ Him. I pray that the world will reflect on this great message of Salvation amidst all the chocolate eggs, easter bunnies, ham, and other festive foods. Thank You for the Cross AND for this great message of love, power, and everlasting hope.
